Dark red, almost black with a nose exhibiting classic Grenache aromas of raspberry, framed by baking spices. Grenache continues to dominate the palate with red berry and cola with the Syrah adding structure and weight. Mourvedre adds a hint of earth to the wine which is powerful while possessing a supple texture and a long finish. 12 barrels produced. 66% Grenache, 33% Syrah, 1% Mourvedre.

De-stemmed and hand-sorted to 1.5 ton fermenters, fermented for 14-21 days. Barreled down to 100% French oak, approximately 25% new and 25% 1 use aged for 20 months.
